Il leur permet de d\u00e9velopper une plus grande autonomie par rapport \u00e0 la r\u00e9solution des conflits. Ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves, appel\u00e9s \u00e9l\u00e8ves m\u00e9diateurs, peuvent aussi d\u00e9velopper des habilet\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9coute, de communication et d\u2019empathie.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode de formation, le groupe d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ves m\u00e9diateurs,\u00a0form\u00e9 essentiellement des \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019EB7, passe \u00e0 l\u2019action. Il a commenc\u00e9 cette semaine par faire le tour des classes afin de se pr\u00e9senter et d\u2019expliquer son r\u00f4le. Il a aussi mis \u00e0 la disposition des \u00e9l\u00e8ves un tableau de permanence au sein de l\u2019\u00e9cole\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Un petit noyau toujours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute dans un esprit d\u2019entraide et \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une ambiance saine.<\/p>\n<p><a
